At ELITE NAIL-SPA, we strive to provide the best experience for every client. To ensure that we maintain a high level of service and satisfaction, we kindly ask you to review our salon policies: Appointments & Booking We encourage clients to book appointments in advance to secure preferred times. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed. For bookings, please click "Book Now" or call us at (205) 331-4172. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that sometimes schedules change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to accommodate other clients or reschedule your appointment. Health & Safety For your safety and ours, if you have any open cuts, infections, or contagious conditions, please inform our staff prior to your appointment. We follow strict sanitation protocols, using sterilized tools and disposable liners to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon, and we will do our best to address your concerns. We do not offer refunds on services but will gladly adjust or correct any issues within 72 hours of your appointment. Broken Nails & Fixes If a nail breaks within 3 days of your service, we offer a complimentary repair. After this period, repair fees will apply. Personal Belongings ELITE NAIL-SPA is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables secure during your visit. Children & Guests To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that children not receiving services be supervised at all times.
